I put the secretaries according to random order.
Then the second time you do as squad three is exchange
to the month secretary before or after you have done like.
XinYi and Hongtu is September 2010 secretary. Before
them is WenLin and Jiahui. So during January2011,
WenLin will be with Hongtu while XinYi will be with Jiahui
on the next month.
